As a licensed and ordained minister, Dr. Scarlett Horton has over 35 years of experience in working with individuals and families to help them find peace, purpose and vision. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Samford University with emphasis in Counseling Foundations and a master’s degree from Florida State University in Social Work.

She has authored a book, God Loves Women and is a nationally known speaker. Conducting parenting workshops in local area public elementary schools is one way she serves her community. Scarlett offers individual and family Christian Counseling at the Goodness of God Church in Parker and also in Lynn Haven at Spikes Medical Clinic.
